Once you have selected all of the product(s) you wish to order, you can proceed to checkout.

If you are an existing customer, log in using your username and password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please email or call us immediately.
New Customers
If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account.
Delivery
We can deliver to any UK mainland address as well as international destinations. You are required to select the appropriate delivery option when placing your order. We reserve the right to suspend orders if the wrong delivery options have been chosen and we will contact you to discuss this.

This website is designed for all customers to pay via our online secure HSBC Credit Card payment system, Global Payments. We accept payments using major credit cards or Paypal.
Emailed confirmation
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming the details awaiting despatch.
You can view your order progress at any time online by logging in as a user and clicking on view order history.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt, but we reserve the right to extend this timeframe for orders over £100.
Due to the nature of the clothes and gifts we supply, and the time of year, we are not able to hold large volumes of all our lines in all sizes at all times. If we are unable to supply anything you have ordered within 10 working days, we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your order and offer a suitable alternative.
When ordering online, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order together with a full breakdown of costs and an order reference number.
